Recipe of the Day| Winter Special Fish Bhurta in Unique Style 🐟🍲

Assalamu-o-Alikum to all Fish Lovers !!

Hopefully everyone will be great here. By the grace of Almighty Allah , I am also good with my loving family. As you know, Winter season is on going in every where. Fish is the most famous and favorite meat is used to eat with fondly.

Without wasting time and without going jn details, I will share with you here the basic ingredients and important steps to cook unique style of Fish Bhurta. Hopefully you will try and enjoy.

The using ingredients should be fresh and seasonal. I have taken fresh onions, tomatoes, green chillies, garlics and ginger's. In spices, I used salt , red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds and powder, carmon seeds and black cumin.

Yes , Here's on , When we are going to cook Bhurta of anything like fish, eggplant, beef qeema or egg omelette we need very chopped herbs. It's really time taken and full of tired process. Recently, My husband bought imported chopper of Silver Crest Company. That's make my life so easy and I enjoy my cooking.

Well, I just peal out all the peals of the onion, garlic and Ginger. And separately chopped in the chopping machine. Basically we need smooth paste for fish Bhurta. That's why we used chopper for that.

Here's with, You can seer that I have light brown fish and you know fish have thin and thick cartilage and bones . I separated meat from them with hands. And made the smooth paste like a Bhurta. That's very good and easy to eat for the kids and old age people. My daughter especially refused to eat because of fish cartilage and bones. I used this recipe for the kids easily eating in lunch.

Full of gravy is really meant to develop taste and enjoy delectable and delicious lunch. I light brown chopped onions then added in it garlic, ginger paste and chopped green chillies and paste of tomatoes then cooked for the 5 minutes. Without adding spices definitely meals is tasteless. I added in all the mentioned spices. And cooked for 5 minutes more. Yes, the turn of the fish paste is come to add in the ready mixture of gravy. I put in all and cooked for more 5 minutes under the low flame.

For enhancing taste and garnishing, I added on it carmon seeds powder's and chopped green chillies and fresh green coriander leaves. That's fragrance is so tasty and flavorsome. I just cooked for the 2 more under the very low flame. Then switched off the stoke.
