Hopefully everyone will be great here and enjoying healthier and happier life by cooking delicious western, Chinese and traditional meal's. Here's with going to share traditional #recipe with you all. That's favorite for all and especially made in weekend or any event to celebrate with loved ones .
I just came to my mother's home from last 2 days. Today was Sunday. My elder sister also coming to join us. She also love Lahori chicken Pilau Biryani in very simple steps. Hopefully you will be enjoyed my presentation and interesting to cook it. Let's move on to acknowledge important ingredients.

There are many ways to cook chicken Pilau Biryani in different cities of Pakistan. The Taste of each method is unique and delicious. I remember, I have shared different style chicken biryani and shared in engagement challenge Smokey Chicken Biryani that was also very tasty and flavorsome.
The important thing is to cook , We have to deep cuts in the chicken for getting juicy taste of chicken in the rice. Here's with, We had chopped onions and garlic ginger paste and then light brown in the cooking oil under the moderate flame. We will continue stirred and then added in cut pieces of chicken then cooked until they will change in the golden color. We will add in just salt only while frying the chicken in the mixture of onion garlic and Ginger. That helped the mixer of all these rapidly golden and partially cooked.
After partially cooked chicken then will add tomatoes paste and shaan Pilau Biryani Masala. We will mixed it well and cooked for 5 minutes by adding in it tumeric powder and red chilli powder too. We will cooked it for five minutes. So that chicken will cook well.
Kids really love to eat potatoes in the chicken biryani. We will cut pieces of potatoes and added yogurt and then kept on the low flame for completing the gravey of chicken Pilau Biryani.
Here's with the process of boiling rice to make the layers Chicken Pilau Biryani. We partially cooked rice in the separate pot. Then we will take an other pot to make the layers of boiled rice and gravy of the Shaan Chicken Pilau Biryani Mixture. And then kept on the low flame for just two minutes. I had no here food color. You can add orange food color by presenting color of actual Biryani.
Delicious and delectable Lahori Chicken Pilau Biryani is ready to serve with salad. I enjoyed with my parents, sibling's and kids. I also given one plate to my neighbors because they are so loving with us. And it's values of Lahore people's to be hospitable towards relatives, friends and neighbors. Hopefully you will try, cook and enjoy with your loved ones too.
