Today I have come to participate in a recipe contest. @crismenia who organizes contests every week, today I will present a great recipe according to my contest, but today's recipe is different. Today I will make a recipe for grilled tengra fish. The recipe is presented here, but let's go into detail about how I completed my recipe below.

The Process of receipe
Step 01
On a measuring plate, I took some beans, green chillies, garlic, chopped onions, chopped bay leaves, and chopped tomatoes. Then I put 12 medium-sized tangra fish on a plate, washed them well, and then I put them there added salt, turmeric and dry chilli powder.

Step 02
Mix everything well and marinate for ten minutes. Heat enough oil in the oven in fry pan Then, when the oil is hot, add the marinated fish one by one fry the fish for about two minutes

and remove the pan from the stove. Then, place a clean frying pan on top of the stove and add the chopped onion, green chilli, garlic, and bay leaf After a while, add white oil and fry the onions until brown.

Then add all kinds of powdered spices and a spoonful of ginger paste. Then, grind everything well and when the oil comes to the top, add the chopped and washed tomatoes and the bean sprouts,

then add a little water, mix everything well and cook for 5-6 minutes. The bean ingredients should be cooked very well here. Once cooked, add the previously fry tengra fish. Then mix everything well and wait for another five to six minutes. Then, when everything is cooked well, add the required amount of water and check if the salt is right. Finally, add a spoon post-fried dhunajira on top.

Then, wait for it to cook well and when it is cooked, my recipe will be ready Then, you need to serve it with a few pieces of Tengra fish and prepare it for serving with sim bichi .
