How are you all my dear friends hope you all are well and alhamdulillah I am also well today I am here to participate in a recipe contest organized by @crismenia mam. Steemit Iron Chef community the name of the contest is Recipe of the Day #40. It great contest and here we can mention our favourite recipe and also my friend's favourite Good to enjoy the recipes today in my favourite contest I will show the kai fish and tomato recipe we all know the benefits of fish and also kai fish is a very tasty, we get kai fish at the beginning of winter and also big kai fish during winter. We find in the market that are incomparable in taste and flavour. Today I made a great recipe with fish and tomatoes and added some potatoes to make a great recipe but let's see how I prepared my recipe I am mentioning below.

◪At the beginning of today's recipe first I boiled some potatoes and peeled them and washed two tomatoes well and cut them to size and here I chopped onion and bay leaf like a.
◪Then I cut the fish well, washed it and put it in a bowl It was too big fish so I cut it in half and cut it into smaller pieces becauseThe fish is extra big because big fish the spices don't penetrate very well, so the quantity of fish has to be kept according to the size.
◪Then I added a small amount of salt, turmeric powder and dry chilli powder to the fish according to the quantity,
◪then I mixed the fish and spices well and marinated it for ten minutes
◪ I put a frying pan on the stove and heated oil it with enough after that,
◪ when the oil is hot, add the marinated fish one by one and
◪then fry the fish well on both sides,
◪then put it on another Fry pan oven and add chopped onions and bay leaves and fry the onions well with oil,
◪ then an I will take all the spices in the container
◪and then the spices and saute the onion well for about five minutes.
◪ Then when the masalas are grated well, I will add the boiled potato and chopped tomatoes
◪ then after masala and potato tomatoes, grind them well with little water and wait another five minutes to grate them.
◪After some time when the vegetables are cooked and the water will reduce then, I will add the fried fish and then as fish cooks the vegetables together for two to three minutes
◪ then I will add enough water and sprinkle a spoonful of fried dhunajira over it and cook it completely.
◪ I will take it down and my cooking will be complete
◪I prepare a bowl with a few pieces of fish and some potato tomatoes to serve
◪and then I take a selfie with my recipe.
A delicious recipe I made today. fish recipe is suitable to eat with hot rice in the afternoon and at night, You can also try this recipe at home. May Allah Hafez say goodbye to everyone.
