Today again I learned about another healthy dessert. This week, under the leadership of @dasudi Mam and @lirvic mam, I practiced a wonderful gelatin dessert. From today's class, I learned about gelatin. Where I learned about two types of gelatin, whole gelatin and gelatin sheet. And with this gelatin I can make delicious and healthy dessert items. It was very nice. Today I am ready to prepare my favorite gelatin. Enjoy my home task..

Yes, I have made gelatin many times. Dessert items are made in various festivals in our country. Among these items, Falooda dessert is one of the favorites of all my family. So sometimes I have to make gelatin.

Currently, my experience in making gelatin is very good. Since I have to make gelatin according to the preferences of my children. So I love making it very much. At different times, I have to make gelatin with different types of food. Especially the color of gelatin looks more wonderful. And gelatin is one of the favorites of my children. I like making gelatin of all kinds very much. A wonderful healthy and delicious recipe can be made very easily with few ingredients. So it will be a very wonderful experience.

🧾The ingredients and utensils that I need to make this wonderful gelatin are as follows:

100 gr of gelatin , 220 ml of water , condensed milk of taste , sugar of taste .

Now take a look at the process of making gelatin.
  • First, heat water and little sugar in a vessel. Then boil the mixture with gelatin powder on medium heat.

  • Now stir the mixture continuously to dissolve it completely.

  • Once the mixture boils, reduce the heat. And stir. Boil for about two to three minutes.

Cooling and setting:
  • Take a container of your choice. Then pour the mixture. If bubbles appear in the container after pouring, use a spoon to smooth it out.

  • Cool the mixture to room temperature. Once it cools, keep it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.

Usage:
  • Once set, you can cut it into pieces or use it as a thickener for recipes.

Making gelatin is very easy. And I had no difficulty in making interesting and fun dates. Rather, I was very happy. I was encouraged. Today's theme was very interesting for my child. Gelatin is as attractive as it looks, it is very soft to eat. Which made me feel good.

In any cooking, if you follow some tricks or tips, the recipe will be perfect. Similarly, there are some tips in making gelatin.

  • First of all, it is very important to have the right amount and measurement.

  • The consistency of the gelatin mixture must be perfect. Because the gelatin will not set well if the concentration is not correct.

  • The mixture must be stirred continuously. The powders must be mixed well with water.

  • It is important to remove the bubbles on the gelatin while setting it in the container.

I have my child to divide the gelatin. My child likes today's gelatin more than me. He was very enthusiastic while making the gelatin. Why is it taking so long? You may have noticed - I used more condensed milk. It is made according to my son's taste. My son will eat gelatin with pleasure, so I had to add a little more sweetness. Finally, my baby is very happy that he was able to taste gelatin.
