Greeting my dear friends. Welcome to a new contest post on the topic of hot and cold food. One of our Steemian friends @lirvic has organized this new contest among us. The topic of this new contest is quite nice and interesting, so I am presenting to you about my favorite food on the topic.
I like food that is between cold and hot. So I mean that I don't like extremely cold food or extremely hot food. In this case, I prefer mildly warm food. I always like to keep fresh food in my food list and I try to eat all the cooked food while it is still a little warm. Because I like to eat food cooked on the stove hot, not too hot. Apart from these, there are other outside foods like ice cream or fruit juice that I like to eat cold.
I like both cold and hot food based on the variety of food. In this case, I have a list of several hot foods and they are various delicious and yummy homemade foods. I like to eat noodles, fish and meat, rice, vegetables, milk, eggs, various types of pithas and other types of foods that are cooked daily in the homestead as mildly hot. Also, I like to drink some foods including tea, soup, coffee in a slightly hot state.
On the other hand, the list of cold foods is also very big because in this case, different types of food names come to my mind. There are different types of fruits such as; cucumber, watermelon, coconut water, tomato, palm kernel, papaya, mango, tamarind along with pudding, yogurt, ice cream, cold drinks and other foods that I like to eat cold.
Most of the traditional dishes of Bangladesh are served hot. These dishes include biryani, meat kal bhuna, mezbani beef, bhuna khichuri, shrimp fish malaikari, bakarkhani, kebab, hilsa fish and many other delicious dishes that are associated with the tradition of rural Bengal and these dishes are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat.
On the other hand, traditional cold dishes of Bangladesh are sweet dishes and sugar is widely used in all these dishes. Among these are various types of sweets, rasgolla, yogurt, shaan papri, hawai mithai, balusa, badam tana and many other delicious and sweet dishes made with sugar and jaggery.
Yes, I think that hot food is more fattening than cold food. Foods are divided into two categories according to their effects on the body: cold and hot. Foods that can increase the body's internal heat, improve blood circulation, and nourish the body's energy are hot foods. On the other hand, foods that can calm the blood, cleanse toxins, and reduce heat are cold foods.
Generally, most of the foods that increase fat in the body of a person are hot food. One example of these is fast food which is served hot on the side of the road or in restaurants. I myself like to eat all these hot foods and fast food. However, all foods are harmful to our body. Although not all hot foods play a role in fattening, but still most of the foods play a role in fattening our body. Eating all these foods increases our body fat, which improves our body structure.
