Cordial salutation to All !

How are you all doing? With Allah's grace, I hope everyone is doing well. By Allah's mercy, I am doing well too. I'm thrilled to be taking part in the "Steemit Iron Chef" community's "Recipe of the Day #41" contest, which is being run by Mam @nancy0. I'll be sharing "Roasted pigeon meat with potatoes" for this contest. In reality, every family has a particular culinary style, and I share mine. The meal I'm going to give today is actually prepared differently by each individual and consumed differently in every family, so I'll walk you through the process step-by-step.

Making process

Step 1

First I peeled some onions, garlic, and ginger, washed them, and chopped the onions. Then I started cooking by heating up some oil in a skillet and frying some chopped onion.

Step 2

I added the cardamom, bay leaf, Cloves, peppercorns and cinnamon one at a time once the onion was tender. I then gave it a minute of frying.

Step 3

In this step, I added a small amount of water and combined a certain amount of salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder with the onions that were roasting in the skillet.. Then ground them well.

Step 4

Once the spices are ground, I add the previously washed pigeon meat and ground it again.

Step 5

I cut a potato into cubes on top, seasoned it with salt and turmeric, and deep-fried it in oil lightly.

Step 6

Mix the fried potatoes well with the ground meat. Now I added water to boil the meat and potatoes, then covered and cooked for another 4-5 minutes.

Step 7

Later, I sprinkled some green chilies on top and when the broth had reduced and it had become thickened, I turned off the stove and sprinkled roasted cumin powder on top of the meat.

Before I served it to everyone, I snapped a selfie with it.
