Beef recipe with Pulses

This recipe has been prepared since the past of Bangladesh. Our grandmothers also used to prepare this dish and feed it to us. It is mainly eaten with pita bread and it is very delicious. However, it can also be eaten with rice or pola. Anyway, I am now at my father's house so I cooked this dish to feed my mother. She has been cooking for me all my life. However, I like cooking with my mother's hands the most, although this dish was very delicious.
Anyway, below is what I needed to make this recipe.

Preparation method
  • First step: First, I will cut the potatoes and meat and wash them well with clean water. Then I will wash the green chilies and onions well and chop them. Here, I soaked the boot stems for three to four hours and then washed them well.

  • Step 2: Boil the dal in a clean pot of water. Then, heat a pot on the stove and add the required amount of oil. When the oil is hot, add the chopped onion and green chilies and stir well.

  • Step 3: Then I add garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala paste and butter and leave it for a while.

  • Step 4: In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, meat seasoning, and a small amount of water.

  • Step 5: Now grind the mixed spices in a pot with a little water for a while. When oil floats on top of the grind, you will know that it is done.

  • Sixth step: Once it is minced, I will add the meat and mince it well. Once the meat is minced, I will mince the lentils and potatoes well.

  • Step 7: Now add enough water and cook for 35 to 40 minutes. Once cooked, remove from heat and serve.
