Fried Fish Egg Recipe 😋

Fried Fish Egg Recipe

A few days ago, two eggs were brought to our house. We have not eaten fish eggs for a long time, so seeing fish eggs made me want to eat fried fish eggs. So I made this delicious dish today. Here is what I need to make this recipe,

Ingredients if needed:

Preparation method:

  • Step 1: First, I will clean and chop the green chilies and garlic and clean and wash the onion well and chop it into small pieces.

  • Step 2: Now I will knead the fish eggs well with my hands and loosen the eggs. After kneading, water will come out of the fish eggs, which do not need to be thrown away.

  • Step 3: Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and onion and stir lightly.

  • Step 4: Now add the green chilli and ginger paste and stir again for a while. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and a little water and fry for a while.

  • Step 5: Now add the soaked fish eggs and fry for a while. While frying, stir them with a spoon every now and then.

  • Step 6: Once the fish eggs are cooked, boil them with a little water. Then fry them well by stirring.

  • Step 7: Just before the fish eggs are roasted, stir them with lemon leaves for a while. Once done, remove them from the stove.

Recipe Tips:

  • You must add ginger paste to fry fish eggs. Because fish has a different smell which goes away due to adding ginger paste.

  • I have used lemon leaves here, if you want, you can use cumin powder instead of lemon leaves. It gives a different smell.

Recipe Benefits:

  • Roasted fish eggs contain vitamin A which plays a huge role in keeping our eyes healthy.

  • Besides, eating roasted fish eggs cleanses our blood and increases blood hemoglobin.

  • This recipe is very delicious to eat, so everyone in the family, young and old, will be able to enjoy it with joy.

Conclusion:
No matter what we eat every day, our food recipes should definitely include nutritious foods. Besides, if you cook the daily food recipes a little differently and decorate the food of the recipe, everyone in the family, young and old, will be attracted to the food. This was my presentation today.

Wow wonderful recipe. I am seeing this recipe for the first time. From your title I thought you fried fish with eggs but after going through the whole recipe I came to know that these are the eggs of fish.

How does it tastes? Does it different in taste from hen eggs or have same taste?

Brother, in most parts of Bangladesh, fish eggs are roasted with onions like this. The taste of fish eggs is completely different from chicken eggs. Thank you very much brother.

Actually Bangladesh is a fish country. I am sure there are many more fish dishes as well from which I am not aware or I haven't tried here.

This looks so yummy. Reminded me of tarako/mentaiko in Japan. In Malaysia, we would usually leave the sack intact and pan fry them. It's also what I will be having for lunch today.
