I hope you are all friends spending a happy and healthy life with your loved ones. I am also good , Alhamdulillah. I am once again here with my new recipe. I hope that you like it. I am grateful to @lirvic ma'am for this nice contest. Today, I am here to share the most famous recipe for fish frying. It's a Lahori style to fry the fish by this recipe. Let's start the post.
- Black Pepper
- Chilli sauce one table spoon
- Coriander seeds one table spoon
- Cumin seeds one table spoon
- Fish two kg
- Food color
- Gram Flour one cup
- Garlic paste two table spoon
- Red chili flakes two table spoon
- Salt one tea spoon (or as taste)
- Soya sauce one table spoon
- Turmeric powder half tea spoon
- Qasuri methi one table spoon
- Tamarind

- Firstly, I washed the fish. I washed it about three to four times. Then I marinate it with garlic paste and left it for almost two hours.

- Then I added a little water in the tamarind and left it for soak about one hour. Then I washed the fish again. Then I put the pan on fire and add the cumin seeds and coriander seeds on it. I fry these ingredients on low flame.

- Then when these ingredients give a beautiful smell then I turn off the flame. Then friends I grind the cumin and coriander seeds together in a mortar and pestle.

- Then after grinding these ingredients I added it to the fish. Then I added the mentioned spices and sauces in it. These spices gives it a unique taste.
- Then I also added the soak tamarind in it. I didn't add the tamarind seeds. Then I mixed it well. I mixed it with hand. Then after mixing I marinate it for six to seven hours. I keep it in the refrigerator.
- Then after that time , I added the gram flour in a bowl. Then I added water and mixed it. Then I added food color in it. I mixed it.
- Then I put the karahi on fire. I add mezan ghee in it. I left it for heat. When the ghee becomes much heated then I dipped the piece of fish in the gram flour then I put that piece in the hot ghee. Then I left it for cook.
- Then I turned it's side and cooked it from the other side.

- Now the fish is fried and ready to eat. I enjoyed it with curd. I made this curd at home. This is my favourite recipe of frying fish.
