Hello my dear bakery chef

Welcome to my belog ,How you all.I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan.Today I am participating SLC-s22 w6|last baking course : My creative breads.Today this is our last class.I had learnt many more Things all the classes . types of dough,perfect bread making .I am very happy due to this unique and fruitful home task assignment .special Thanks for my honourable teacher @yenny47 and @katherin012 .to giving me a chance to bring my abilities .Today I made simple sweets bread with my creative style.

Let's move towards and starts.

when working with dough,How did you feel? What will you easy? Or complicated.Tell us about experience?

Of course,dough making felt good.because I learned how to make it perfectly,initially .It's was -challenging .some time dough turned out too hard,and other time it's too thin,as I did not know the correct proportion of the ingredients.however through course l have learned to proper techniques the good bread .My teacher @yenny47 and@kathrine012 explain the method so clearly and easily. I feel very happy for This experience and proud of what I had learned .I hope This course continues,as it has taught me so much.

Make a creative Bread

Ingredients//Quantity

Wheat// 500 GM (leave 50 GM for sprinkling)
Salt. // 1 table spoon
Eggs. //2 for dough 2 for vanishing)
Sugar. //90 gm
Butter. // 35gm
Dry yeast //10gm
Warm milk //75gm

First of all I had starts activated the yeast.add usual sugar 1 table spoon ,warm milk 75gm all dry yeast then mixed very well in spoon and covered it 15 minutes for warm place .after 15 minutes my yeast is good rise and bubble starts forming in it.

Making preparing Dough

Making perfect dough is very essential part of dough making .now I am starts kneading process .in bowl add some dry ingredients flour ,sugar,butter,eggs,and fermented yeast .then I knead the dough with my hands it's very easy process for dough making .I had already learned in previous classes .

To make perfect bread,the dough must be kneaded properly .the better the dough is kneaded the bread will turned out .then I rest the dough for two hours .

After that I release my dough air bubbles .and push the table very slightly and my hands release all the air.

After that I take some rest of dough .and I am making different sizes of balls and covered it in cloth.

Making creative Bread in different style

Tody I made five types of creative bread in different style.first of all I cut the dough in length wise in small make small balls small and big size.then given the rest of time of balls(dough) I spread the balls with the top and using flour and rolling pin . Then I blended it thin and thin.then given round shape in circle .This is my first shape of dough then in round dough ball I cut the knife of dough and given flower shape and cut the laves of flower.and given proper shape.Thus is second style of of dough balls.

More ever I had given other third shapes of style cut the dough square shape and cut the dough in knife and given long stripes style then I made fourth style of dough balls I made rope style and faith dough balls I made s shape .I feel very happy about see my creative beautiful dough end lot of enjoy.then grease the tray in butter .

I brush the egg youlk sugar water in bread with the help of brush .and sprinkling the seasomes seeds and black seeds.bacjed the bread with 25 minutes .checked the colour and texture of bread.

I am very happy making creative Bread .that's 👍.good result .smooth and soft texture .wow.

what challenges did you encounter during the preparation of creative bread and which of the teachers suggestion did you like most?

Actually,I had a terrific time in the bakery course over all of the weeks of seasons 22 and by the end of the course.I can make smooth,fluffy bread that can be stuff or a plane.

It's been a pleasant journey with my lovely teacher @yenny47 and @katherine012.The most important useful suggestions .I like the most the step -by- step yeast activation process Before that ,I had no idea how important it is to do it correctly ,and yes,measurements are also very important for good result .

Show us a table with a approximate expensive during the entire first part of this baking course(investment of each task in $ and steem?

I once tried to make bread, and it wasn't as easy as I imagined
