Today I am here to share one recipe with you, which is very famous in winter. We all know that the winter season is coming and for me, winter is all about eating good food and vegetables because in winter there are many kinds of new vegetables we see in the market. In winter I love matar ki ghugni which is one of my favourite dishes this is very simple and easy to make and my today's blog I will show my style of matar ki ghugani. So father any day let's start today's special recipe matar ki ghugani.
To make matar ki ghugni first I went to my local market and bought 500gm of fresh green matar I know many of you think about what is matar, but in English, it's called green peas. Today I will make this dish in 3 easy steps.
First I took 500 grams of matar and stole it well then I washed the matar. Next, I took the pan and heated it for 2 minutes in between I chopped 2 medium-sized onions.

Second step I put a little mustard oil in the hot pan and added one chili and then I added all the chopped onions in the pan. Then I fry the onion for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I added all the matar to the pan.

In the third step, I added salt and turmeric to the matar and cooked it for 3 minutes. Then I added water and again cooked it for 20 to 15 minutes. Finally, my desh is ready to serve. You all try this dish at your home this winter. If you like to eat sweets you can also add a little sugar to this dish.
My special matar ki ghugni is ready to eat. I love this ghugni in the winter season. You can also try this dish in your home this winter. This dish is also a very healthy dish because you can see in this dish I didn't add any masala which is a very good part of this dish. This is a very easy and tasty recipe.
