SLC-S24/W6 | Any cake and decorate"
I'm so happy to participate in this final cake learning challenge, Friends I can attest that determination in anything is very important, I'm always reluctant when it comes to something I don't know, but when this cake challenge came I was determined to learn and today I have something I can boost of making cake , when I was designing my cake today someone asked me if I can make birthday cake hahahaha. Now see my cake below.

Butter 100g
Icing sugar 250g
Food colouring( red. Green, brown)
Tools:-
Cake board
Piping bags
Nozzle
Scrapper
Directions for preparation .
Step 1 ,I poured the butter and mixed very well, steep 2 I added the icing sugar and mixed until everything is well mixed. I shared the butter and icing sugar mixture in two separate bowl and poured my pink food coloring in the piping bag ,fixed the nozzle and spread on my coffee cake, I did the same thing with the green food coloring in a piping bag with another nozzle then spread on the cake.
And the cake decorations was ready as you can see.
NB I used the available nozzle,hence the recommended ones were not seen.

3 . What flavor of cake did you choose? Is there a special reason for choosing that cake?. ✶(1 Mark )✶
I choose coffee cake, I made this choice because it was one of my best during this learning challenge, the taste was unique and it was what I wanted for the weather.
Aside all this coffee cake is very simple as long as your coffee is available.
4 . What do you think about this last cake season?. Have you improved your cake knowledge in these few weeks?. Are you satisfied with it?. (Must be at least 100 words.) ✶(1 Mark )✶
This last cake season looked challenging as a learner, but as I tried it out I discovered my mistakes which I will try again some other time. This cake learning challenge is my first practical experience the first day I made dry mixture when I rechecked the lecture I made the corrections and I got it. I can rate myself Good because I'm still leaning. I'm satisfied with my the outcome of my cakes. I have really acquired more knowledge in cake making.
