I hope you are all doing great. moment, I'm super agitated to join this succulent contest — My taste for Fish — and partake a little bit about my love for this nutritional and delicious food. Thank you to the Steemit Iron Chef community and @dasudi for giving us this delightful occasion.

Fish has always been a special part of our refections at home. We generally partake fish at least two times a week. It’s not exclusively light and wholesome, but it's similarly expeditious to cook, which is integral for assiduous days.

My special fish is Rohu( a brackish fish popularized in Pakistan and India). It has a heavy flavor and a gentle texture that blends accordingly effortlessly with bouquets.

When it comes to cuisine phraseology, I absolutely appreciate fried fish! There’s just commodity so comforting about a golden, crisp piece of fish served hot with bomb and chutney. In the downtime, it’s nearly a heritage in my niche to consume racy fried fish with scalding naan or paratha.

One of my cherished hand dishes with fish is crushed potatoes or occasionally a undecorated salad with cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes. The newness balances the redolences of the fish.

Let me now partake my simple fish form that my family enjoys a lot


🎣 Spicy Fried Rohu Fish

constituents

  • Rohu fish slices – 500g
  • Lemon juice – 2 soupspoons
  • gusto garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili greasepaint – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – ½ tsp
  • Cumin greasepaint – ½ tsp
  • swab – as demanded
  • sludge flour – 2 soupspoons
  • oil painting – for frying

Preparation

  1. Clean the fish and stroke it dry.
  2. Mix bomb juice, spices, and gusto garlic paste in a coliseum.
  3. cover the fish with this admixture and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Before frying, sprinkle sludge flour for that crisp finish.
  5. Shindig on medium honey until golden brown.
  6. Serve fervid with bomb wedges and mint chutney.

This dish is plenary for house banquets, and I invariably appear onward to it. I trust fish should live a allotment of everyone’s daily refections — not exclusively because it’s succulent but also for the flabbergasting health advantages it brings.
