Good afternoon everyone, for my white Sunday food, i will be posting this African swallow called Fufu, this one is called white Fufu, there are different types of Fufu based on what they are made from, some are made from yam, most are made from cassava and some from plantain.
White Fufu is made from soaking the cassava in water for a couple of days, and then pounding it and rolling them into balls.

White Fufu isn't usually eaten alone, you could enjoy this delicacy with different types of soup, but on today's meal,I will be eating it for the first time with eggs, fried eggs !
