Hello friends, How are you all? I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. First of all, thanks to @mvchacin for bringing this weekly contest for us. I try to do my best. I cook every day. I love cooking. In this beautiful cooking contest, I have brought a very interesting dish today. I cooked dal for lunch. So, I will share the recipe of that dal with you today. I have used moong dal for cooking here. Today, I am sharing with you the recipe for how I cooked chicken bones with moong dal. So, let's start without further ado.

For cooking, I have taken some moong dal and chicken bones. If you want, you can give chicken meat. However, I have taken some chicken bones and legs and heads here. Cooking with bones like this is very tasty to eat. Then I put the spices that I will use in a bowl and put them in a bowl.

First of all, I put a pot on the stove. Then I added some oil. After the oil was hot, I added the spices that I have used here. I put all the spices in the oil together. I stirred the spices well and cooked them. When the water from the spices dried up, I added a little water to it. Then I put the bones that I had washed earlier in the pan. When the water from the chicken bones in the masala had drained and dried, I added a little water to it.

After some time, when the oil rose to the top, I added the previously washed moong dal. Let me tell you here, I first lightly fried the moong dal. Then I washed and cleaned it. This makes the dal taste delicious after cooking.I covered it with dal, stirring it for some time. At this stage, the stove fire should be turned to medium.

If the stove fire is high, the curry can burn. Moreover, the dal will burn if you are a little careless. When the dal is well mixed with some spices, at that stage, I will add some water. It doesn't need to add much water to the dal, but I have added water here to cook the dal. When the dal was well cooked, I took the pan off the stove.

Then I took some dal in a bowl. I took a selfie with moong dal curry in my hand. These dals are very delicious to eat. And the dals with different types of spices are really amazing to eat.
