I am here with a new recipe post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post.Friends, today I will share with you a delicious banana mocha bharta fried recipe. Mocha contains sufficient amounts of vitamin A, calcium, iron, and other elements that increase our body's immunity.Banana Mocha Curry is very beneficial for our body and is a traditional dish of our Bengalis.So friends, today I have made this banana mocha bharta recipe at home and am trying to present it to you step by step.. so let's start........

Today I have prepared an unique one which is very tasty and healthy to eat.I am presenting you with the step-by-step recipe for banana mocha bharta fried, through which you can easily follow the recipe I have prepared and make it yourself at home.So friends, I am presenting my recipe step by step below.

  • First, I took a whole banana mocha. I took out the long flower-shaped part inside the banana mocha.Then I washed the banana mocha part thoroughly with clean water.

  • I put two cups of water in a pan and when the water becomes slightly warm, I put the previously cut and cleaned banana mocha in it.I boiled it for two minutes on medium heat.When it was lightly boiled, I strained it using a strainer.

  • I have took bet the boiled banana mocha with the help of a pata-puta .This will make the banana mocha very tasty to eat .

  • I put four tablespoons of soybean oil in a pan and when the oil was slightly hot, I added a cup of chopped onion to it.When the onion turns light brown, add cumin, garlic, cardamom and cinnamon paste inside it.I mixed all the ingredients well and added a tablespoon of turmeric and red chili powder and salt to taste.

  • I mixed all the ingredients well and poured over the previously prepared banana mocha.I mixed the banana mocha well with the spices and fried it for some time.
