Assalam O Alaikum dear Iron chefs. I am @m-princess. Alhamdulillah I am perfectly fine and I hope you are also good? I am again participating in this contest with a simple recipe. In my recipe I have made pulao with potato and peas. I hope you will also like this simple recipe of mine.

- peas🫛 half kg
- Potatoes 🥔 half kg
- Onions 🧅 two medium size
- Tomatoes 🍅 one medium size
- Green chilli three slice
- Salt 🧂 1, 1/2table spoon
- Rice🍚 half kg
- Bnaspati Ghee
I love to share my recipe step by step.

I have started working after reading Bismillah. I had the peas already drained and frozen because there is never enough time to make them in a hurry, so I had the peas already drained and frozen. Then I cut the potato 🥔 into slices. After that I have also cut the onions into small slices.Then I washed all my vegetables .

Then I put the pan on the stove and flame it and put ghee in it. As soon as the ghee was hot, I added onions. And then I started frying it well.

As soon as the color of the onions turned light brown, I added some water. Then I added hot spices to it. I fried it for about one to two minutes and then cut the tomato into small slices. Then I fried it for about two to three minutes.

My dear friend Whenever I make something at home, I don't use too many spices because they are very harmful to health. So I use only home made spices like salt, pepper and turmeric. In Palau I use green chillies instead of red chillies. While I didn't have green chilies, I used flakes chillies. Then I added chilli flakes🌶️ and salt🧂 to it and then fried the spices well. After roasting the spices well, I added all my vegetables to it.

When all the vegetables were fried, I added water. I had half a kilo of rice, so I added double water to it. Then I left the water to boil.

When the water started boiling, I washed the rice. I added the rice in the boiled water. After adding the rice I mixed it well. And then left it to cook for some time but I kept stirring little by little so that the rice doesn't stick to the bottom.

Then I wait for a few minutes. After some time the water dried up and the rice was ready to be made into dum. Then I covered it with a napkin and put it on a slow flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
