"A Simple Recipe of Tomatoes And Scent Leaves Sauce"

Greetings everyone!

Welcome to another day in the kitchen with me, so on today's menu i will be sharing some simple procedures on how to prepare sauce using tomato and scent leaves to achieve a flavored and healthy sauce.

Ingredients

• fresh tomatoes

• scent leaves

• fresh pepper

• onions

• olive oil

• seasoning cubes

• salt

I washed the tomatoes clean and free from dirt then i cut them into my preferred sizes and set that aside.

I washed my scent leave and sliced them properly and also set that aside.

I poured in some oil in my pan and heat it up on minimum heat for about 2 minutes.

I poured in my sliced onions into the hot oil stir and add a little salt then after 1 minutes i poured in the fresh blended pepper.

I poured in my fresh tomatoes into the pan and stir it thoroughly then i added a cube of Maggi covered the pan and let it fry for 5 minutes while i stir occasionally.

After 5 minutes of frying the tomatoes in a medium heat it was softened and had a creamy texture i now poured in the final ingredients which is the scent leaves stirred it and allow it cook for just few seconds then my Fresh tomatoes and scent leaves sauce was ready!!

This is a sauce and it best enjoyed when paired with other foods like rice, plantains, potatoes, yam etc so i paired mine with white boiled yam.

This is a very healthy meal that adds alot of great health benefits to the human system so let talk about the health benefits of the two ingredients tomato and scent leaves

Scent leaves has alot of health benefits due to their rich nutrient and bioactive compound content. These benefits include supporting digestion, boosting the immune system, and promoting a healthy skin.

This two vegetables are healthy and cost effective as well.
