Daily Menu Delicacies Week No. 65 Date (09-04-2025)

Breakfast-Chapati vs Ladyfinger |

Yesterday for breakfast I kneaded wheat flour and made chapatis out of it and spread butter on them. I also took the ladyfingers vegetable that I had eaten along with it and cut it into small pieces and sautéed it with chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, onion and made vegetable stew. I thought the breakfast was very tasty and healthy. We all ate this food in the morning. I packed the same in my lunch box and sent it to school and that's it.
My husband came home for lunch at around 1pm. Lunch wasn't ready. He couldn't stand the hunger until then, so I made him some soup. He said it was very tasty. The soup had Chickpeas, cinnamon, black pepper, garlic, and vegetables in it. It was very tasty. It was healthy and had a lot of nutrients.

For lunch, I made sambar with radish, carrots, beans, potatoes, lentils, and sambar. I made vegetable fritters by sautéing the remaining vegetables with onions and tomatoes. I also made a carrot into small pieces and made a salad with it. I cooked rice in a pressure cooker to eat it with these. Lunch was ready at around two o'clock when my son came home from school. Then everyone had lunch together.
In the evening, my son had to go to the sports complex to play, so I usually give him some drink or fruit with water content to keep him hydrated. In that way, yesterday I cut a watermelon into half round slices and gave it to him to eat. I also ate this fruit. It was very tasty and juicy, my son liked it very much.

While thinking about what to make for dinner, I asked my son what he wanted. He said he wanted mutton because I really like mon- veg foods. So we both went to the street market and bought only half a kilo of mutton. I made a gravy out of it. I cooked some rice to eat with it. It was very tasty dinner. My son ate it and liked a alot.
So, yesterday's three meals, snacks, and drinks were all healthy and delicious, and since they were all homemade, they were very nutritious.

You really put a lot of healthy and very tasty dishes in your recipes and you completed the day from beginning to end with these dishes. It was very nice. If the food is good, then the day and mind will definitely be good because the mood will definitely be good. It was very nice.
