Contest :Daily Menu Delicacies || Week No. 55 || Fiber rich foods (24-01-25)


The community of Steemit Iron Chef has organized an excellent food performance contest and I am appearing with my very diary in this food contest.
I'm going to present here, summarizing the foods I added to my one-day meal food daily menu delicacies on 24th January .

In the morning, usually in the morning, I add most of the Roti-like foods for breakfast and try to keep some mixed vegetables that contain green, orange colorful vegetables, and I also try fruit items, especially bananas.I try to eat bananas in my diet every day.Fresh bananas are good to eat after breakfast and the source of this potassium is bananas which are a healthy snack rich in vitamins and fiber for the body.


About two or three hours after breakfast but a little hungry especially before shower I tried to eat some fruits in this case guava is one of my favorite fruits besides there was apple in the house so I tried to eat two types of fruits in the noon. Apples and guavas are very beneficial especially for a diabetic patient.By doing this, vitamin C deficiency is also filled and other vitamin and mineral needs are fulfilled in the body.

I won't eat any rice-like carbohydrates for lunch this afternoon because I usually try to eat one meal of carbohydrate rice.So at night I have dinner invitations to one other house so I just chose eggs between vegetables and protein at noon.

At lunch I added broccoli as a vegetable, carrot to my lunch plate along with tomato and cucumber fresh salad.As there were two eggs, I fried with onions, tomatoes and capsicum. And this lunch meal I found really delicious that's great to eat. I like it.

I didn't have any snack items this afternoon because I wasn't at my house so the food I ate at night in that house as a guest was chicken biryani which I didn't like to eat at all because the food wasn't that tasty and I added salads and vegetables with teak gourd curry, I found this gourd curry tasty more than chicken biryani.

Muy abundantes, coloridas y variadas fueron los alimentos en las comidas durante el dia.

Un carrusel de coloridos alimentos, una excelente fuente economica para la adquisicion y provision de alimentos de elevado costo, aqui en mi pais.

Es una gran bendicion la sustentacion equilbrada a diario, le felicito @jollymonoara por las excelentes fotos de las comidas que nos has mostrado.
