It's time to present to you Paksiw Na
Anduhaw/ Mackerel fish in vinegar. A Filipino dish that is usually serve at home and definitely one of my favorites. Let's try the recipe and tell if it's good for you.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 kilos Anduhaw
- 1 eggplant
- 5 green chilis
- 1 garlic
- 1 onions
- Scallions
- Calamansi
- ginger
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tablespoon salt
- Magic Seasoning
Procedures:
- 1.Prepare all the ingredients. Clean and cut the vegetables and fish.
- 2.Season the fish with salt and magic seasoning. In a pan arrange the fish and vegetables. Pour the vinegar and water. Then squeeze the calamansi to add aromatic flavor.
- 3.Heat and cover the pan. Cook for 30 minutes.
Without an hour the dish was ready. Fast , super easy, and delicious. This dish cost 200 pesos (19.63 STEEM). I made 8 servings. At carenderia this cost 50 pesos per servings. Cooking of your own has great advantages like you can save and prefer your favorite food.
