I will share the Moong Dal recipe with fish head in three steps so that anyone can follow and make this recipe.

1.Preparation for the recipe
2.Cooking in an easy way
3.Final touch

1.Preparation for the recipe:

√ For the mung dal recipe with fish head, I took a large rui fish head. For cooking convenience, I cut the fish head into small pieces. Then I washed it very well with clean water and cleaned it.

√ Now add a little turmeric, salt and chilli powder and mix the fish head pieces very well. Then heat oil in a pan on the stove and add the fish pieces, fry them till brown on both sides and remove. Now the fish pieces are ready for cooking the dal.

√ For the fish head recipe, I took 200 grams of moong dal. Then I fried the moong dal in a pan with a bay leaf and a medium flame for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. If I wash the moong dal first before cooking, the taste of the dal is not very good. Therefore, after frying the moong dal until it is lightly browned, I cooled it and washed it very well with water. This way, the taste of the moong dal will remain intact.

2. Cooking in an easy way:

After completing the necessary preparations for the moong dal recipe with fish head, now let's move on to the main cooking.

√ In a pan on the stove, boil the washed moong dal and water. At this stage, I added one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of turmeric to the dal. Then I waited for the dal to boil. When the dal was 80% cooked, I removed the pan from the stove.
