My healthy juice
I am happy to participate in this contest which is all about healthy drink so let's have a look step by step at recipe first of all!
• 2 Mangoes.
• 1.5 glass milk.
• 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Take 1.5 glass milk in a jug or juice maker.Milk should be very cold and it's better if it have some ice crystals in it.
Peel off mangoes so that for making drink mango pulp may get separated easily as you can see in picture that how I peel off mangoes.
Take jug and juicer machine and align or set it and add milk in it.Plug in juicer machine.
Cut mangoes pulp randomly for adding in milk which is already in jug but cut 7-8 small Mango cubes to add in milk shake after it gets ready.
Add mango pulp and sugar in milk and then cover it with lid of jar or jug.
I started juicer machine by pressing high mode as you can see there are pulse, low,medium high modes there so I press pulse mode after 40 seconds.
This is look of shake after blending all ingredients properly so you can see it's consistency and you can see that it's ready to serve and just theres a need to pour it in glass and add mango chunks for more taste and presentation.
These are Mango cubes or chunks which I need to add in this glass in which I have poured mango shake already.
This is final look of mango shake with mango chunks in this beautiful glass adding in beauty of healthy juice.
I enjoy and make this recipe often in summers because mango is fruit of summer season and it is cultivated at large scale in Pakistan so I enjoy it thrice a month must.
Today I came back from university after defense of my research topic that was based on "Prevelance of upper cross syndrome in computer operators" and weather was moist and humid so I was feeling bad that's why for getting rid from summers and heat waves I made this cold mango shake for me and I enjoyed each sip a lot.
Mangoes are rich in vitamin A,E and K as well as in other minerals including potassium and magnesium.There are a lot of antioxidants in mangoes which also boost immunity of a person.Mango also helps in improving eye health.Whereas calcium is important for bone strength and improving elasticity of skin so with vitamin D calcium absorbs properly in body.So mango shake is great for health but if you skip sugar from this recipe 😌
