Outside cooking settings is simple only when an individual understand the technique. It is a natural way of enjoying cooking while having cool breeze. In this our era, the use of different electronic gadgets in kitchen is deprecating the core values of outdoor cooking.

Back in the day, when my grand parents where alive, they where the once who frequently prepared different types of meals outside and we enjoyed it. Going up I imitate their example by carrying out outdoor cooking.

Process in words

The first thing I did was to set my fire and allowed it to make a brazier before I proceed to carry out the below process.

I washed the meat with a clear water, cut it into square as directed by my tutor, then I seasoned it with salt and cube to taste.

I cut the onion and fresh pepper then put on the wooden stick along with the meat.

Since my was already, I then it grilled gradually giving me the brownish dried colour

I turned the other part to also grill well. It was ready, tasty and sweet then I served it. Here in my environment,we call it suya.

I continue the process by adding water little by little.

I Stir the flour until I achieve a slightly thick and non-sticky dough.

I allow the it sit for a while so that the dough is more elastic when shaped.

I divided the dough into two parts, then I stretched it so that it was long like a rope.

Now is the perfect time to Wrap it around the wood to form a spiral and allow it for 15 minutes.

I gently grill my hunter bread over hot coals, and I don't forget to turn them over so that it cook evenly.

Which of the recipes was the easiest and the most difficult for you? Why?

Based on my experience so far which I have make the two recipes, I will say the hunter bread was the easiest recipe while Kaboob is little difficult.

To be very sincere Hunter Bread was the easiest recipe because it was not stressful and the ingredients involved was not much and the technique is clear and straightforward. It don't require much time, I allow the dough to settle very well so that it can stretch well.

The Kaboob has a lot of processes therefore making it a bit difficult. It requires consistent turned so that it will not get burnt. Irrespective of the difficulty,I enjoyed it because I have learn and practice something new.

.Which Steemians would you invite to eat your preparation and why? How would you invite them?

My invitation goes to a smart, intelligent ladies name @jyoti-thelight. She is a lover of food and adventure. If you check her blog on weekly basis you will see different types of recipe prepare her. In most cases, I enjoyed going through them because it is also simple and clear.

Although,I have never meet her face to face but she loves and cherish outside recipe, I strongly believe that Kaboob and Hunter bread will not an exemption.

Since we are only friends on steemit platform, I will send her this invitation through her discord.

The assigned tasks must be illustrated with images and at the end a selfie with the dish ready.
