Greetings to all my friends..
Do you have a plate of leftover rice? Please don't throw it away.. It would be a shame if it wasn't used, it would be better to make fried rice. Is that possible? 🤨
Of course, I will use a plate of leftover white rice to make delicious fried rice. Cold white rice usually has a bad taste because of its hard and dry texture. However, if we can process it well, then it will be a very delicious food.
Here I will show you how to make delicious fried rice by relying on only a few ingredients and it's easy to do..
Ingredients:
- 1 plate of white rice.
- 1 spoon of instant fried rice seasoning or chili sauce.
- A pinch of salt.
- A pinch of vegetable oil for frying.
- 1 egg.
- Spring onions and celery.
- 1 tomato and lettuce as a complement.
How to make:
- Heat oil in a frying pan, and then fry a fried egg. Set aside,
- In the same pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add fried rice seasoning, stir fry briefly.
- Add white rice, stir evenly and add salt.
- Add chopped spring onions and celery.
- Cook the fried rice again for 7 minutes or until cooked.
- Prepare a serving plate, add fried rice and eggs, garnish with lettuce and tomato slices. ready to serve.. 🤗
Tips:
- Use rice with a slightly hard texture, not too soft.
- Use medium heat when cooking.
- Enjoy the fried rice while it is warm, don't wait for it to cool.
Fried rice can be enjoyed as a main dish for lunch or a special menu for dinner. It will be delicious if you add some pieces of crackers and onion salad or cucumber salad. But you have the freedom to determine your choice of menu.. 😀
