We have a similar story, I've been looking for a custard powder as well, but it is not available in our place. Like you, I also used a hand mixer to blend the ice cream mixture thoroughly. Eventhough we are in different places, our experience in doing this challenge is quite de same. Cheers!🍦
Hello @bisdako, imagine that, these things happen and I'm sure we'll continue to agree. Mishaps in the kitchen lead us to use other utensils or resources to finish the job, but you know, we come out on top and that's the good thing about it all. It's a pleasure to meet you.
