I am pleased to present the III edition of the "Contest: Myth or reality in the kitchen."

In the kitchen, as in life itself, we hear any amount of information that may be myth or reality, sometimes we do not know what is true or not, so we have to experiment and thus be able to give our opinion on that topic based on our experience and criterion.

There are so many myths or realities about certain foods, preparations or meals... So for this contest I am going to ask you 3 questions and you give me your opinion if "myth or reality in the kitchen"

1.-Raw eggs make you sick.

2.- Moving the rice while it is cooking makes it stale.

3.- If you freeze onion, you will never cry again.

Answer each of these questions according to your criteria and your experience, you can even share with us an anecdote (if you have one) as stated.
