SLC23-W6 // "Turkish Cuisine"
Greetings and welcome to my food blog and another moment of exploring world cuisine. Join me this week as we go on an exciting journey of exploring Turkish cuisine.
Have you tried any Turkish food? Which Turkish food is available at your local places?
I haven’t tried any Turkish food prior to today. Today was my first time experimenting with cooking and eating Turkish cuisine and the easy steps as assigned by the teacher made the experience seemless.
I simply followed the steps as taught and I was able to make my Turkish cuisine and I enjoyed every bit of it.
Make the given recipe or any recipe that you like from Turkish cuisine step by step in detail with pictures. Include your name tag with date in final presentationof recipe.
For my Turkish cuisine, I used the following ingredients and procedure.

I put the mixture into a bowl and added the freshly sliced parsley leaves and mixed together.
With greased hands, I molded my meat mixture into round shaped pressing them down on both sides with finger marks on them.

Final presentation
Is your local cuisine has any food that resembles with the shared recipe?
My local cuisine doesn’t not have any resemblance with this exact recipe but we have a recipe were we used stew to eat white rice but the cooking process and ingredients are different from what we learnt in class.
Which flavour or spice do you like from Turkish cuisine ?
I have come to love the combination of cummin and coriander flavor a lot mixed with garlic. It was a great combination and the parsley leaves added a great flavor to the entire meal.
I ask @pandoradoary, @zisha-hafiz and @eliany to share my cuisine with me.
I love your meat mixture, I can't dispute the importance of this learning challenge,I have gained a lot of experience on international delicacies.
