Menu Delicacies Week No. 54. (22-01-2025) // Healthy Food Menu
Daily delicacies are important part of our lives; we need healthy meals to maintain good health, obtain energy and sustain life. These meals should include fats, protein, vitamin/ minerals, carbohydrates and most importantly; water.

The meals for each menu must also be portioned and timed into breakfast, lunch and dinner. Let's see my menu for 22 January 2025.
Breakfast: Boiled Potatoes and Tomato Egg Sauce |

I made a simple recipe of boiled potatoes and egg sauce for breakfast. First meal of the day is important and very much easy to prepare when planned. I already planned what my family would be having for breakfast the previous day, so it was easy to process everything the next morning. I went straight to the kitchen after my personal morning routine, set peeled potatoes on cooking gas before preparing ingredients for egg sauce. After cooking this delicious meal, I served it and this was my portion.

Noon was fast approaching and it was a busy day for me as always. I had snack instead of wrapping my head around for what to cook. I ate meat pie and accompanied it with fura yoghurt. Fura is made from millet flour and it is being blended with yoghurt for better and healthy taste.

Dinner: Melon Soup and Swallow (Garri) |

After work, I had some freshly made melon soup in the freezer so I warmed a little portion and served it with swallow (garri) for dinner. The soup was made with healthy ingredients like; melon, protein ( goat meat), periwinkle, dried fish, red oil and vegetable leaf e.t.c.
