Tell us about your favorite Sahoor and Iftar Recipes. What are their benefits?

During the month of Ramadan, I try to eat healthy meals for Sehri and Iftar. And in line with this, I eat a balanced and nutritious meal for Sehri. I eat a boiled egg and rice with vegetables and non-vegetarian food for sehri. I also drink milk late at night, which is very beneficial for health.
I eat healthy food for iftar. I especially eat fruits. I definitely eat dates for iftar. I also drink plenty of water and eat a variety of nutritious local fruits. Which is very beneficial for our health. These foods provide calories to our body, increase energy, and maintain good health.

Tell us about the things which we should do or should not do while fasting.

Fasting is obligatory for all of us Muslims. Fasting is essential to please Allah Almighty. It is necessary to worship Allah Almighty more and more while fasting. Doing good deeds and helping people. Staying pure and giving thanks to Allah. One should never do bad things while fasting. One should not mistreat people or cause them pain. One should not tell lies and avoid sin. May Allah Almighty grant us all the ability to fast during the holy month of Ramadan. May Allah Almighty forgive us all in this month of Ramadan. Prayers and love for everyone.
