As humans, we depend on the activities of our hands to achieve sustainability and the relative comfort we desire, though this may not be satisfactory at some point. However, these activities may be the business engagements of diverse types or collar/office jobs. We all know that the desirable point is to make. Income or earn from them. Let's get started...

What is your dream job or business, and why is it your dream?

Sometimes we get acquainted with what we do, which may be based on "Activities of Daily Living," but this does not define what we have passion for or the ideal kind of job we want. I will be mentioning my dream job and business in this contest as of today. Definitely, this does not have to do with my present job function, though it has helped me position myself better for my dream job if it eventually comes.

My ideal and dream job today (26/01/2025) is being a Teacher. This has been a generational path in the lineage. Despite how much one tends to neglect this calling, it keeps rearing its head up. This is an exemplary profession that is not only prestigious but vital globally due to its importance in modeling and raising our kids.

The passion and empathy required to drive this career path have been in a state of inertia, but I am convinced it has been activated since my recent moves to harness this wealth of knowledge, ready to drop into our kids. Being knowledgeable of the subject as well as having the skill set required to impact this ever-ready child at their early stages, has been my motivation over time.

For my dream business, I have always had a passion for Poultry Business. I would know if this passion is driven by my underlying studies in the field of agriculture. But one remains a fact that this is the only business I would want to venture into despite the fact there are other promising ventures around.

This business line does not only give me the required revenue generation but also satisfaction from the business implementation. Seeing these chicks grow into layers and broilers for egg and meat production is one stage that I've always wanted to carry out successfully carryout and hence the satisfaction therein.

What skills or qualifications would you need to achieve it?

In achieving this, we should certainly have the skills and qualifications to achieve our desired dream. Jobs and businesses. For my dream business, I have a basic knowledge of agriculture, which prepares me better. I had the prerequisite knowledge and experience required to start up this business. What may be needed should be a little refresher, especially on new innovations.

For my dream job, this happens to be a family trend inherent in most of us. The passion, empathy, mastery, etc, are all observed to flow naturally given the basic baccalaureate gained during school days. However, there are ongoing plans to get enrolled in QTS, a teaching qualification earned in the UK.

How would your dream job or business positively impact your life or others?

The teaching profession is vital in shaping young minds. The importance of teaching cannot be overemphasized given the essential role. At whatever stage this is given, we cannot overlook its overbearing impact on kids. They are tailored in such a way that knowledge is passed, stronger relationships fostered, empathy shown, etc.

The impact of poultry production has continued to meet the nutrient deficiency of Hunan through its meat supplies. Poultry meat and its egg is one commonly consumed product across the globe. We also find its impact on the economic and financial returns it renders. This is a business that has been observed to have a propensity to create employment opportunities.

What steps are you currently taking (or planning to take) to make your dream a reality?

Just like I mentioned earlier, I have ongoing plans to start up a teaching certification that awards me with one of the best teaching qualifications (QTS UK). This would help equip me better for this role. I believe this plan would be consummated just as expected.

Secondly, my dream business has been stalled due to insufficient funding. There are already plans to save up more for this purpose, and hopefully, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
