It is end of March and that only means that the time for flowers and also trees to bloom. It is short period of time for some trees and this one is one of the earliest one, but also the tree where the leaves come up much later than the flowers.
As a child I heard a lot about Magnolia trees and everything was fascinated with this the unique beauty of such large flowers with pink-white coloured petals. When I saw it first time I just stunned as there were very many flowers on one tree and all of them started blooming the same time.
The tree that is in garden of our neighbour started to bloom already few days ago and I was waiting day after day to see them in their full beauty. That was a day today luckily the petals of flowers are very juicy and strong, that is the most beautiful part of their life. There are few days and then the leaves start to dry up and turn into yellow brown colours then it is time for leaves and the tree will be like any other ordinary tree.
Every time this time of the year, when I see the flowers of magnolia I recall my childhood and how I presented my mother the flowers that I picked up from tree and she was very pleased with that. Since then this tree is very special it is always associated with my mother and the memory about her love.
