It seems that winter is about to leave our and at this time we miss winter vegetables a lot because in winter vegetables are not only beneficial for our body but also very delicious to eat. So today I tried to make a fun and nutritious recipe by combining several vegetables and adding chicken to them.

The Process of receipe
Step 01
At the beginning of cooking, I first cut the vegetables into small pieces, then I cut the chicken into small pieces, washed them well, and put them in a clean pot. Then I put a clean pot on put it on the stove. There I added chopped onions bay leaves, and some whole added whole cumin seeds, which will give a different aroma to my vegetables.

Then I added all the spices and a spoon of ginger paste. Then I mixed everything well and left it to cook for 8 to 10 minutes. After a while, when it is cooked, I fried it well for another two minutes.

Then I will add the chopped vegetables there. Then I will mix the vegetables and chicken well. Then I will cover the vegetables with a lid to cook them well.

Once they are done, I will fry them well again and add a spoonful of fried cumin seeds on top. Then I will prepare my vegetables for serving by putting them in a bowl.

This delicious vegetable recipe can be eaten with hot rice, pulao or roti and can be kept for lunch or dinner. If we include such foods in our diet two to three days a week, then our body will stay away from various diseases.
