How are your friends? I hope everyone is well and I am also well by the grace of Allah and your kindness, today I have come to participate in a food contest organized by @artist1111. It is a great contest and here we can present various types of recipes related to food. Today I will present the chicken vuna recipe. Everyone loves this dish very much, All the human beings on earth cannot survive without food and we all have to consume food to survive our lives, so we will always keep ourselves healthy by taking care of the health and eating a balanced diet, but let's know the details of how I completed our recipe.

Required materials👇🏾

●Chicken meat
● Onion
● Bay leaf
●Large cardamom
●Small cardamom
●Cinnamon
●Salt
●Dry chilli powder
●Turmeric powder
●Cumin powder
●Garlic
●Ginger Roasted
●cumin seeds
●White oil
● pepper and
●clove

The Process of receipe


Step 01
At the beginning of cooking, I first cut half a kilo of chicken into small pieces, washed it with clean water for a while, and put a it in a bowl. Then I put a fry pan it on a stove and added a little more white oil.

Step 02
When the oil was a little hot, I added all the hot spices. When the spices started to give off a little fragrance, I added the chopped onion and bay leaves.

Step 03
Once the onions were well browned and fry up, I added the chopped and washed chicken to them. and Then I added all the dry spices and two spoons of ginger paste.

Step 04
Then I broke a layer of Garlic here well. Then I mixed the spices and meat well and fried it like a two minutes .

Step 05
Then I covered the meat with a lid. boil on low heat ,until cooked. Then, when the meat is cooked, add enough water and add a spoonful of fried dhunajira on top.

Step 06
Then, cover it again and wait for about two minutes. By now, my cooking will be complete. Then, will have to take the pot off the stove.

Step 07
Then, I will have to take the chicken of a bowl and serve it well. And that's how I completed the recipe again.
