Friends, I am here again with my new blog and welcome you to my blog. I would like to thank @artist1111 sir, for organizing today's contest. She organizes such a beautiful contest for us every week where we can present any food recipe that we want to make very easy. Today I will present one of my favorite food recipes and that is made with gourd. Gourd is a vegetable that I think very few people do not like. Many people like to eat gourd and there are many benefits of eating gourd our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) loved to eat gourd very much and I am also a gourd lover who likes to make different types of recipes with gourd and I like to make different types of recipes with gourd by watching different types of recipes on YouTube and feeding my family. Today too I have made healthy and very tasty khichuri with gourd. We all love to eat khichuri more or less, but how much more delicious and fun it is when eaten with gourd and how you can make that delicious khichuri at home easily and in a short time, I am presenting all the detailed descriptions myself. Let's take a look.

🥗Katarivoge Rice
🥗Onion
🥗bay leaves
🥗 Green Chilly
🥗Salt
🥗Turmeric Powder
🥗 Cumin Powder

The Process of receipe


Step 01

To prepare today's gourd khichuri, first I have to peel some gourds and chop them finely and put them on a plate. I will cut them and put them aside.

Step 02
Then I will take Katarivoge rice. Here anyone can take any type of rice they want, but today I will use Katari Bhog rice to make khichuri wash the rice well and soak it for half an hour. Then I will put the in a frying pan and I will add chopped onion and green chillies and bay leaves and fry the onions well with oil. Once they are fried,

Step 03
I will add all the spices there and after a while, I will add the chopped gourds and mix the spices and gourds well and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes so that the gourds will be cooked well. In the next stage, when the gourds are well cooked, I will add the washed rice and then fry the gourds and rice well for 5 minutes.

Step 04
Then I will add the required amount of water and check the salt carefully to see if it is right. Then I will cover it with a lid for half an hour and by then my gourd khichdi will be ready and the rice will be well cooked and puffed. And here is the delicious Lau Khichuri ready.

Step 05
Then I will take a quantity of Lau Khichuri on a plate to serve it and here I will add tomatoes and cucumbers to make the Khichuri more delicious.
