"Fasting In Ramadan"
"Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem"
This is @tammanna from #Bangladesh.
How are you friends? I hope everyone is well and I am well too. Alhamdulillah, today I have come to participate in a great contest organized by @abdullahw2 sir. The current month of Ramadan is going on in Bangladesh and I think this is the best contest according to this month of Ramadan. So I feel very happy to participate in today's contest and I would also like to thank you for organizing such a beautiful contest.
What is the main purpose of fasting in Ramadan?.
The month of Ramadan is a holy and peaceful month. Like the other eleven months of the year, the month of Ramadan is completely different. The month of Ramadan begins when the Shawwal moon is sighted in the sky and ends with the sighting of the Eid moon. This month of Ramadan is very holy and beautiful. Every MuslimWe consider this month as important and depending on the sighting of the moon, we start fasting in this month. The day we first see the moon of the month of Ramadan in the sky, on that day we welcome the month of Ramadan by praying Tarawih and then we eat Sehri in the morning and fast from the next day and we welcome the arrival or iftar of our month of Ramadan.
How does fasting benefit a person spiritually and physically?
If a Muslim prepares himself mentally to fast, then that fast becomes halal for him and mentally when a person fasts, he can prepare himself to refrain from all other sins and a special mercy and blessing is also revealed from Allah where Muslims can refrain from all sins and bad deeds. I see this month as much better than the whole year because in this one month our meal times change and we try to spend the month of fasting with less food which is very beneficial for our body. Those who are fat can benefit a lot and the biggest benefit in this month is that pregnant women, even if they are healthy, can fast.Because according to the food rules of this month, pregnant women can continue their diet properly and fasting is not likely to cause any harm to their body and baby.
Tell us about your favorite Sahoor and Iftar Recipes. What are their benefits?
Sehri and Iftar are the two main meals of Ramadan in which we like to eat a lot and during other times of the year, we miss these foods a lot which we get very easily during the month of Ramadan. There are many benefits of Sehri and Iftar. Many of us make mistakes during Sehri and do not eat. Fasting is not a decision, which is very wrong because many people prepare themselves to fast without waking up because of Al-Sami or because they do not wake up during Sehri, but fasting can never be considered as such. Of course, whether the time is short or long, we must eat food and by eating that food we can complete our fast. However, during Sehri, we must never eat things like fried foods in oil. Then we must eat nutritious foods and foods that are easily digested, such as sour yoghurt We can keep these types of foods for Sehri and they are easily digestible. We will eat more of these foods in Sehri. We will drink enough water and through this, we will take our food. Then after fasting all day, in Iftar, we must first have sherbet or various drinks such as lemon sherbet, with which we can break our fast. Lemon juice and Ruapza can be used to break our fast. After that, we should eat dates. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) definitely said to eat dates in the Hadith and he also ate them. Therefore, we should definitely eat dates during Iftar. After that, we should not eat too much fried or greasy food. We should definitely eat healthy food and fruits with it. Through this, we will complete our Iftar. As a result of eating Iftar, the fasting that we have been doing all day and feeling hungry is transmitted, which we can feel good ourselves.
Tell us about the things which we should or should not do while fasting.
There are many rules and regulations for fasting. While fasting, there are many things that we do on our own and many things that we should not do. And Allah Himself has described this month of fasting as a month in which He chains up Satan so that their servants cannot engage in any evil deeds and can spend this month only worshipping Allah. During the holy month of Ramadan, we will not do anything that will cause sorrow or pain to other people. We, who do business and make a living from doing business, will never try to cheat others in business or sell any product at a higher price in the hope of making more profit. We will also never lie to people or try to cheat or be dishonest with people. We will fast ourselves. We will pray five times a day, we will pray Tarawih and we will encourage others to pray in this holy month we can express all our desires to Allah Ta'ala with all our hearts and Allah Ta'ala Himself has taken the responsibility of fulfilling our desires and the more we recite in this month, the more Allah Ta'ala will be happy with us. The Prophet will accompany us and on the Day of Judgment, the Prophet will intercede with Allah to take us to Paradise as a reward for these prayers. Therefore, I say that in the holy month of Ramadan, we and the time we spend between prayersAnd only if someone else encourages us, we will be able to spend a beautiful month of Ramadan and as a result, we will be able to overcome all the sorrows and hardships of our lives during the month of Ramadan and live a beautiful normal life.
