I noticed that your introduction post has not been verified yet, as per the rules, you should post any of your posts before verification as per the instructions given in comment section your introductory post, and the most important thing is that you should post any of your achievement posts only in the Newcomers' Community, following the instructions given of the article given below by @the-gorilla. In this regard, respected @dove11 can also give you better guidelines.

We also haven't done that Achievement Programme for nearly a year so they either:
a) don't read
b) have been given bad advice
c) aren't new.
All three of your points are absolutely correct. In fact, the person who advised him to join this platform must be aware of the new rules. This achievement is from a very old time and is now outdated. There is a need to run an awareness campaign of new rules for all new members.
