Today again Chandni was very sad after reading her mother's diary, whenever she read her mother's diary, tears used to flow from her eyes. Poor Chandni had never seen her mother, she only lived in her imagination.

Today she read a page of her mother's diary written a few days before her death, her heart was filled with emotion.

Mother had written in her diary, “now the child growing in my womb is 8 months old, my wish is that it will be a girl, I will raise her like a fairy. Neighbour Bashir Bhai has told me that if it is a girl child then name her Chandni.”

Her mother write again that "My husband is a very good friend of Bashir Bhai , he has a relationship with us since one day my husband was injured in an accident on the road and he saved my husband's life by taking him to the hospital, and also donated his blood to him when needed. Now who knew that the blood of a Muslim is also present in the body of a Hindu person."

"Perhaps the Ganga-Jamuni culture of our country inspires us to live in harmony with each other."

And after some time, Chandni's mother lost her life while giving birth to Chandni. There was no other woman in the house who could raise Chandni. Therefore, Bashir Bhai's wife took the responsibility of taking Chandni home and raising her. And she became Chandni's real mother.

Despite being of a different religion, Sajida taught Chandni all the beliefs and religious rituals of the Hindu religion. Chandni also accepted the nuances of both religions wholeheartedly while living in this family.

Whenever Chandni's father comes to meet her, Sajida's heart fills with the fear that he might take his daughter away from her, but this time when Chandni's father Roshan came, he clearly said, "Bhabhi ji, now Chandni is your daughter, I have no experience of raising children anyway, you have kept her as your own daughter, I am proud of your work."

Chandni also loved her mother Sajida and Bashir more than her father, even though she knew that they were not her real parents.

All she had was a small diary to remember her mother, which her mother used to write sometimes, and she had kept this diary very carefully, and she used to read it sometimes while sitting alone.

No one knows what is hidden in the womb of the future, and the one who named this girl became her father.

Thanks for reading my post, I pray to God for the progress and happy future of all Steemians

With Great love and honour,

Sur-riti❤️

Namaste Sir! ... This one is an incredible read for me. No religion is bigger than humanity. and no ritual is greater than love and peace. We mostly use a line in Urdu ...محبت فاتحِ عالم .... Love! The conqueror of the world...... And I believe in it with all my heart. Your sweet story is a treat of the day. Thank you so much for sharing this.

Ganga-Jamuni culture

I was reading this phrase in Kunwar Mohinder Singh Bedi's autobiography. He use it splendidly.

Have a good day.

Hello friend,

There is no doubt that you have given a wonderful comment, your sentimentality, your knowledge, your experience, and your religion less love for humanity is clearly reflected in this comment. I am surprised that you read the autobiography of an Indian author.

Are you also on Discord?

Thank you very much.

I read many authors from different cultures and countries. And literature has no boundaries. Mr Badi wrote in Urdu and he was from Sahiwal from this side of the border, even though he had friends in my district as well, after partition he went to India and obviously you know him better than me I'm glad if you suggest to me some recent Indian authors.

And I'm not on Discord.

Namste ji ,
I am very happy to know that you have read all the writers. Earlier I was also very fond of reading, rather it was bordering on madness. There used to be a book in every corner of my house, and books in my office bag too, I was a member of many libraries, some were free and some were paid, but now I am unable to read books. In place of those books, I have made laptop my friend.

Thank you, I am really happy that my friend across the border is a learned and emotional girl.

May God keep you always like this.

yes I once read about your problem of eyesight, which doesn't allow you to read books. Well! I am grateful for the amazing words you penned( in fact type🙃) for me.

I believe that the character traits of any person can be known from his/her writing. And some knowledgeable people can know the character of any person just by his/her signature. This is a subject of scientific research and is very deep, you may not even be interested in it. But some psychologists and astrologers can really know a lot about a person's personality by spending some time with him. And incidentally, I have also had many psychological experiences.

it sounds intriguing , Although astrology is a subject with which I have nothing to do....but , but ,but I want to know about your experiences

Very nice to read your post all the stories you have mentioned here about the girl named Chandni are really nice and Chandni has written very well about the girl's life. Chandni's mother thought a lot about her daughter from the time she was in her womb but maybe fate had something bad written in it. Because of which he could not see his daughter like that, could not take care of her like that, he died
