The Steemit Learning Challenge Season 24 is going to start, and it's really an honour for me to share my cooking skills with my fellow steemains this season. Many different learning teams have been applied, and I hope this new season will be more effective and productive.

The taste of culture:Exploring the global cuisine. In this course we will explore the different country cuisine every week ,their spices , their cooking style and a food recipe which is the most popular .

I have done many cooking courses from the Memon Centre. I've been cooking for 24 years for my family. I'm not a professional, but cooking is my hobby, and I'm enjoying it. Different cuisine recipes always attract many, and many want to make them. This course will cover 6 different countries cuisines. I hope this course will be helpful to all who like to try new.

Week#1: Exploring the flavour of Mexico

In this week ,course will be about Mexico cuisine. What kind of spices they used and what's their cooking style. Most popular tacos or barito recipes will be included in course.

Students task

1- Have you ever tried any Mexican food? Is there any resembles of their food with your local cuisine?(2 points)

2- Which flavour or spice do you like from Mexico cuisine ?(1point)

3- Make the detailed step by step recipe of tacos or barito? Include your name tag with date in final presentationof recipe. (4 points)

4- Do you face any difficulty during making the recipe?(2points )

Presentation of food matter , 1 mark for good presentation of food.

Week:2 Flavour of Afghanistan

In second week we will learn about Afghanistan's cuisine. How they cook ,what kind of spices they used ,what cooking method etc. We will learn Afghanistan most popular ***kabuli polao or Afghani tikka*** in the course.

Students task

1-What is new for you from the course, any spice or cooking technique or anything that you want to share?(2pts)

2- Is your local cousin has any food that resembles with the shared recipe?

3- Make the afghani polau or tikka by using the recipe given in course or which you like?

4-Share the cooking expenses of the recipe in steem and in your local currency

Presentation of food matter , 1 mark for good presentation of food.

Week:3Chinese Cuisine

3rd week will cover Chinese food. What spices they used with different cooking techniques. Any one delicious food will be discussed (dried chilli , Shashlik)in this course.

Students task

1-Have you tried any Chinese food? Which Chinese food is available at your local places?(2pts)

2- Make the given recipe step by step in detail with pictures. Include your name tag with date in final presentationof recipe. (4 points)

3- What is your favorite family recipe from Chinese cuisine that you make with fusion of your local species?(2pts)

4- Any difficulty that you faced during making recipe?

Presentation of food matter , 1 mark for good presentation of food.
