Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to participate in weekly food diaries and reflections of the Ramza kareem in 2025.I love to share my Ramzan food food diary I hope you all are being with me till you.

As you all knew that The holy month of Ramzan Kareem going a d it had great importance in all Muslims life ,we took fast in whole day ,on today was the sixth fast we took so the schedule of eating entirely changed,we took two main meals for the day,one is Sahoor meal which ate by us before fast .
and at Iftar time we broke our fast .

Sahoor meal

I set alarm for Sahoor timing so I woke up when alarm rang ,I recited holy Quran and performed Tahajjut prays ,after that made Sahoor meal , usually I made parathas accompanied with different curries .

My square shaped paratha with spicy beef minced and capsicums one of my favourite food at sahoor.

Make sure added youhgat or Lissie in morning meal because it's gives energy and refresh our body whole day.Fried eggs are also healthy option this time .for complete fast with of weakness we should took energetic food that helps during fast and we did our daily tasks .

When the Sahoor time were ended we started our fast ,offered fajar prays and tring to spending most of time in zikar and prays .If my children went on school I never slept after they go school.then I again slept now a day's final exams continue and they all work hard for papers may almighty will success them in all exams of life ameen .

Iftar time meal

Me and my family food lover liked many dished to eat at iftar so I cooked different pakoras of potatoes,

Fried items ,dates red drink called Rooh afza ,fruit chat and frozen snacks ,Kachori and much m6.

Chana chat also one of the most favourite food in ramzan it's really healthy and yummy,I soaked over night then cooked Chickpeas. Added chopped onions,tomatoes ,green chillies ,imli mixed all ingredients well , crunchy paaprty sprinkle on top .
