Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog finally the rainy weather stopped in my country but the cold break down ,the vocation of school continuing till end of July,so kids woke up late ,as per routine I woke up early in the morning offered fajar prays

I starting lunch for my family,today I prepared Chaplin kabab from my own animals,s meat of Eid ul azha sacrificed,I distributed the meant of my animals in friends , relatives and needy person specially.For kabab first I minced beef in my home,s chopper two times infant I need very fine minced for binding the patties in first step.

I added salt , cumin and coriander power ,garam masala , green fresh coriander leaves chopped, green chillies fine chopped,ginger , garlic paste,fine chopped tomatoes 🍅.Roasted gram flour on pan then added four ,red chilli power incorporated all ingredients very well and marinated minced for two hours in fridge.After that making parties by hand

Take a pan 🥘 add oil for deep fried the Chaplin kabab one by one ,gave golden brown on both sides .I finished all fring work.befor 9 pm because our gas would gone after that .

At evening time the beautiful weather forced me to chilled out from home ,and enjoyed the yummy ice cream 🍨 🍦 from Alpine gelato ice cream parlour near to my place .Today I tried walnut flavor ,my kids ordered the hot favourite Belgian chocolate of this place .I clicked home enjoyable moments and share iny diary as well .
I made the results summery of week two.in Steemit learning challenge season 25 ,I teaching the fabric painting course and every Monday I made select the best publications in winners 🏆.
After dinner I watched my favourite drama serial parwarish .I made tea ☕ for my self and wrote ✍️ diary game post of the day in beloved #steemforpakistan community.
