Assalamu Alaikum. How are you all? I am fine. I will share my one day food review in the food competition. The food diary was different. I am very happy to participate in this great competition. specially thanks @artist1111

First of all, let me say that I have been on a diet for several days. I drink a glass of hot water between six and seven in the morning. And within 30 minutes of this, breakfast or morning meal will be eaten. Other meals are being cooked for the whole family and some meals are being prepared especially for me according to the diet.

After cooking the morning meal, bread is being made. After cooking the vegetables, the vegetables are cooked. Eggs are fried with vegetable stew. Let's say it's breakfast or diet, I eat this meal in the morning. Since I'm on a diet, it's better not to eat excess carbohydrates or spicy and oily foods at this time.

That's why I'm trying to avoid oily foods in the morning. Breakfast is finished. The food was really amazing this morning. Besides, I didn't use salt in my food.

Since I'm on a diet, I have to follow many things at this time, then it's possible to get good results. For example, at this time I have eliminated excess sweets and spicy and oily foods, so my body will not add fat. And I will be able to lose weight easily.

I am busy most of the day and since I have finished eating lunch at noon. But lunch was rice. Because I am used to eating bread twice a day and only rice at noon. And I am following this diet very well and I feel good.

Finally when it was afternoon, I ate grapes to eat fruit. And you can see the grapes were less than 100 grams. It would not be right to eat more than this. Because it has a lot of sugar. And it would not be right to eat more at this time. Not only this time but at any time, eating excess sugar is good for the body. This fruit is eaten in the afternoon. It felt good.

I was feeling very bored sitting at home all day. Although I was working and had many activities. Still, I wanted to go outside for a bit. I got ready and planned to go to the market with a friend. We went to the market and enjoyed a lot of beauty and the best feeling.

Finally, my friend told me that I should eat Haleem. What else to do? There was a small fast food shop next to the river. Haleem was ordered there. So I forbade him from adding extra oil. Since Haleem contains meat, it will provide some protein.

And that is why Haleem was chosen. It was very delicious. Haleem is made the same everywhere, but the taste here was different. Because meat was used in it. Apart from that, it was served hot. And there were some secret spices due to which the Haleem tasted amazing.

Although it tasted great. However, it was not right to eat it in a diet. But what else did I think of doing, I will go home and exercise a little. This way, the body will not add fat from it. After the meal, I went home.
