What is the main purpose of fasting in Ramadan?

The month of Ramadan is the best time for Muslims. During this time, one has to fast for a whole month. Fasting is for the pleasure of Allah Ta'ala. The main purpose of fasting in Ramadan is to gain closeness to Allah Ta'ala. Believers follow the commandments of Allah Ta'ala in the hope of gaining closeness to Allah Ta'ala.

Ramadan and worship are all for gaining the pleasure of Allah Ta'ala and for worshipping Allah Ta'ala. The main purpose of Ramadan is to gain closeness to Allah Ta'ala and to gain a peaceful paradise in the hereafter. Apart from this, there are many other purposes, small ones, but the biggest purpose is that it is obligatory for Muslims to obey the worship of Allah Ta'ala.

How does fasting benefit a person spiritually and physically?

Fasting helps a person in many ways. In the month of Ramadan, the mercy and blessings of Allah Ta'ala are more available. In this month, everyone stays within the rules and worships Allah Ta'ala more. Many things can be achieved by doing this.

Observing Ramadan increases our confidence. In addition, patience and focus increase in anything. In addition, it helps physically, for example: we eat a lot of food at other times and do a lot of work. We do not have discipline in our lives and are involved in many bad things.

In the month of Ramadan, we have to fast for about 14 to 15 hours. This makes the diet automatic and the body gets extra fat and the body gets fit. In addition, the body gets exercise by praying more and more. And by the mercy of Allah Ta'ala, peace will return to everyone in this month. In addition, there are many other benefits. One can see many benefits in the month of Ramadan.

Tell us about your favorite Sahoor and Iftar Recipes. What are their benefits?

Since we fast during the month of Ramadan. In this, we have to go without eating for 15 to 16 hours. And it is not easy to go without eating for such a long time. That is why we should have all the foods in Sehri and Iftar and what I do.

Everyone can eat food according to their ability. However, we should take care that the food we have is healthy. For example, I eat rice in Sehri. The reason for eating rice in Sehri is that we need carbohydrates in our life, but it is more needed at this time.

Rice contains a lot of carbohydrates and we should also take care that the amount of rice is not too much. Then we should eat more vegetables and pray with them. Apart from this, protein foods should be kept in Sehri. This will help us stay for a long time.

One thing that must be avoided is to exclude all foods that contain sodium. Because sodium creates water deficiency in our body. This makes us thirsty even after a little bit. For this reason, no sodium foods should be eaten, especially in Sehri.

And I have eggs and rice vegetable salad in my iftar. The advantage of this food is that my body will not add extra fat and no gastric and constipation problems will arise. And the best thing is to eat more vegetables and salad in any meal.

By doing this, we fulfill the amount of water that our metabolism and body need at least to some extent. And by eating all these foods in Ramadan, we can spend our Ramadan month beautifully.

I can give some tips, no sodium-containing foods can be eaten during Ramadan. In addition, especially sweet foods, oily foods, and very spicy foods cannot be eaten during Iftar. And try to eat more and more solid foods.

Apart from that, there are many other things that need to be known in detail and the month of Ramadan can be spent wonderfully. By following all these food rules during Ramadan, we can keep our body fit.

Tell us about the things which we should do or should not do while fasting.

While fasting, we should do many things and give up many things. Because before fasting, we indulge in many bad deeds and have many bad thoughts. But in Ramadan, all these things must be removed, otherwise we will not gain closeness to Allah Almighty.

First of all, Tarawih prayers should be offered in the month of Ramadan. As much as possible, prayers should be offered in congregation. During the month of Ramadan, all kinds of movies, dramas, songs, in a word, any obscene and bad things like videos should not be seen.

In addition, many bad deeds including fighting, abusing, arguing, and debating should be avoided. And during the month of Ramadan, we should increase the urge to worship Allah Almighty more and more. And offer the five daily prayers in congregation. Have Sehri and Iftar on time. Especially in Ramadan, all kinds of bad deeds should be avoided and good deeds should be done more and more.

This competition about Ramadan was amazing and I enjoyed it immensely. I invite my friends to this great competition. Friends, you will also participate in this competition. Today I say goodbye, wishing you good health.
