"One Picture And One Story Week #76"-(The story of a man who lost the battle of life.)
Hello Steemit friends,
how are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah.Today, I will participate in the new contest from Steem For Pakistan brought by the honorable Admin @suboohi ma'am. The name of the Contest is "One Picture And One Story Week #76". Thank you Steem For Pakistan for bringing this beautiful contest to us.
Human life is full of diverse events. No one can predict how a person's life will turn out, even a moment in advance. We make many efforts to make the unknown future colorful. But we rarely keep track of how successful or unsuccessful we are in that effort. When we see a successful person failing in the hustle and bustle of life, we may cry out.
The person whose picture I am presenting today has also faced such an incident. I have known the above person for about 7-8 years. He was the owner of a large grocery store in the area. I used to visit his store on my way to and from my office. I always saw his store full of goods. I saw him constantly dealing with customers. He never seemed unhappy. I have occasionally talked to this gentleman who was always full of humor.
At one point, the goods in his shop started decreasing. I asked him about it. He didn't give any answer. He just smiled a little. But I could see the pain in his smile. At one point, a look of disappointment appeared on his face, but I still couldn't find out the reason from him. My curious mind could not accept this decline in his life.
I kept asking different people about him. At one point, I found out that he had only one son. To make his son's future shine, he sent him abroad to get a higher education. To send him abroad, he had to take a lot of money on loan from different NGOs.
After his son went abroad to study, he also got a job. At first, he sent some money to his father, but at one point he stopped sending money. Meanwhile, the creditors started demanding the installment money of the loan that the father had taken for his son. The shopkeeper's brother started paying the debts from the shop. But the creditors were not paid and a lot of money was withdrawn from the shop, so the business was about to stop.
The shopkeeper, who once lived a comfortable life, left his beautiful shop. He could not even communicate with his son. I had not seen him for a long time. Today, after many days, I was hurt when I saw him lying on a bench in front of a shop without a pillow. How much trouble can a shopkeeper be in to lie in this situation? Tears started to gather in my chest.
I am also the father of a child. I also want to educate my son with the highest education. The question arises in my mind, will my son forget me like this gentleman? Will he deny my difficult role in building his life?
I don't know what will happen in the future. But my responsibility is to raise him as a real person by giving him all the opportunities and facilities according to my ability. I continue to do that work constantly. I hope for a beautiful life for my son, and I wish all my Steemian friends that their prayers will come true. I am ending my writing here.
I would like to invite three of my friends:-
Greetings dear @shahid76 Brother!
I reading your story really touched my heart. The stories of ups and downs, successes and failures in human life always leave a deep impression on our minds. The life story of the person presented was very sad and educational.
It is the dream of every parent to provide higher education to our children and ensure the best facilities for them. However, it is also very important to fulfill the right responsibilities and teach moral values to our children. We all hope that our children will understand the value of our sacrifice and hard work and will never forget us. Brother, thank you very much for sharing your story and experience. I hope that we can all guide our children on the right path and they will respect us.
