I am starting by wishing all Steemit friends good health. One of the important platforms of the current era is the social media platform. We spend time on various social media platforms. So today I will participate in a great contest in the Steem for Pakistan community. The theme of the contest is Contest Alert || My Activeness On Social Media. So let's get started.

Which social media platforms do you use the most and why?

In the current era, people use social media platforms more. Whether necessary or unnecessary, they have chosen social media platforms as a medium for work or to spend their leisure time. Social media platforms have now become a part of our daily life. Like other countries, we also have different types of social media platforms in Bangladesh, but the most popular of them are YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

I use YouTube and Facebook. In the present era, YouTube is a platform from which you can solve all your problems, that is, you can easily find everything you need to know by searching on YouTube, sitting at home. But I spend more time on the Facebook platform. Because I love spending time with my friends and I spend time with my friends through Facebook.

Facebook platform: One of the popular platforms of current social media is the Facebook platform. On this Facebook, people make friends with each other and share their good times through their profiles. Just as the Facebook platform works as our companion in our free time, we can share our happy moments with friends here. However, Facebook is not just for spending time or having fun, but now we can earn income from it.

When Facebook gets monetization, the Facebook company pays Facebook users. I am also working to get Facebook monetization. Apart from this, I spend my free time on this Facebook, where I can watch my friends' videos and share their beautiful moments with them.

How much time do you spend on social media every day and what do you usually do there?

I spend all my free time on social media. I am a housewife and work on Steemit. So I don't get much time to spend on social media. But I can spend about one to one and a half hours during the day and about two to two and a half hours at night. But it is not every day, sometimes I spend less time.

On social media, I watch important country news on YouTube and sometimes watch recipes that I like very much. Apart from that, I chat with my friends, relatives and family who are far away through Messenger, WhatsApp and Imu and spend time by getting news. Besides, I share my happy moments with everyone through Facebook.

Social media has reduced our distance, that is, we can get news from all over the world while sitting at home. We can easily communicate with our friends and relatives from any corner of the world. I spend a few hours a day on social media to stay in touch with my loved ones and relatives.

Does social media provide income opportunities? If yes, then how can we earn money from social media?

This is a very important question because since we spend a lot of time on social media all day long, it is very beneficial for us if we have some source of income from there. Social media in the current era has given us an opportunity to earn income. Currently, many people are earning money based on social media and achieving success.

YouTube: Currently, many people are earning money by opening YouTube channels and showing their talents according to their respective qualifications. Apart from this, business and trade advertisements are also being promoted through YouTube channels and the amount of profit is increasing.
Facebook: Like YouTube, Facebook is currently one of the social media platforms from where people can earn money. People are earning money by uploading their videos or promoting different friends from this platform.
Steemit Platform: Another trusted and one of the social media platforms is the Steemit platform. From this platform, we can showcase our creativity and talent with everyone. Apart from this, we can learn different things from others from this platform. On this platform, there are people from different countries around the world who share their own culture and customs of the country, we can easily learn about it. We can earn money from this honest platform. By earning money from this platform, we become self-reliant.
Apart from this, there are different types of platforms on social media from which many people are currently joining and earning money.

Is social media a friend or an enemy? What do you think about this?

Every thing has a good side and a bad side. Just as we can get news from all over the world and solutions to various problems from social media while sitting at home. Similarly, social media can also harm us many times, that is, some bad people use this social media to harm others.

Social media friends: Through social media, we can earn money and maintain relationships with everyone. Whenever we have a problem with something or something or want to know something, we can easily solve it and find out through social media. In short, social media has brought the whole world into our hands. So we should all express our gratitude to social media. In this, it can be said that social media is our friend.
Enemies of social media: Currently, many big crimes are being committed through social media. Through social media, various types of people are being harmed by hacking their profiles and threatening them. Many people give their lives as well as their spouses for social media crimes. There are many social media crimes that are becoming impossible to catch, that is, they cannot be solved. Apart from that, we have some personal matters that are always better not to give on social media.

However, if we can use social media beautifully, then social media is our friend. So we should all use social media carefully.
