Helping people has always been one thing I love doing because it gives me joy. The act of Kindness I showed someone recently was helping a sick person. One day, I got to School and found out one of my Students was sick. I took permission from the School authorities, took her to the Pharmacy and bought her drugs and after which I took her home.

People has shown me Kindness severally in the past, but the one still evergreen in my memory was one the day I went to the Stadium to watch an International Match that was played in my City. So I recent moved to that City and didn't know my way round. When the Match ended it was already dark and I could not get a Vehicle to take me back to my destination because of the Crowd. The man I sat close to in the Stadium promised to show me the way. We trekked for about 45 minutes until I was able to secure a Bus. He took my phone contact and later called me to make sure that I got to my destination safely.

Kindness is not something that necessary have to be hard, we can spread kindness in our everyday life through the following ways.
- Smile and greet people both your neighbors and strangers.
- Always give a listening ears when someone wants to share something with you.
- Shun negativity and criticism and use positive words on people.
- Offer helping hands to people especially nursing mothers, old people and Pregnant woman.
- Always Compliment and praise people.
- Avoid dumping trash on the Gutters when it's raining.
