Hello everyone, good afternoon to you all and welcome back to my blog. I'm here to share my Knowledge on the following questions.
Olives are rich in which vitamins?

Olive is a Drupe fruit packaged with healthy nutrients, it contains the following Vitamins.

  • Vitamin A

This Vitamin helps to give the body a glow, it also helps in good eyesight. It also helps to boost the immune system and helps the Immune system to fight foreign invaders in the body.

  • Vitamin C

This Vitamin helps to protects the body from foreign invaders. It also helps in the healing of Wound in the body.

  • Vitamin K

It helps in the clotting of blood thereby prevents someone from bleeding to death after an Injury.

  • Vitamin E

It contains this Vitamin which helps to shield the body from free radicals which can cause harm to the body.

Oranges are rich in which vitamins?

Orange is a Hesperidium fruit packaged with many healthy nutrients, it contains the following Vitamins.

  • Folate

It contains this Vitamin which helps in the body development.

  • Thiamine

It helps to breakdown Carbohydrate to the required energy needed in the body, this Vitamin also helps to prevent the risk of developing heart ailments like Heart failure.
It is also ideal for a strong bone.

  • Vitamin C

Orange has high quantity of Vitamin C which helps in the healing of wound.

  • Vitamin A

It helps to promote good vision and prevents night blindness, it is also helps to boost the Immune system.

Berries 🍒 are rich in which vitamins?

Berries an aggregate fruit packaged with many healthy nutrients. Vitamins contained in Berries includes the following.

  • Vitamin k

It helps to stimulate the proteins that regulates Calcium needed in the bone, thereby enhancing a strong bone. It also aids in the clotting of blood.

  • Vitamin C

It helps to ensure the production of Collagen which is one of the things needed by connective tissues. This Vitamin also helps to ensure the abosrption of iron from food.

  • Folate

It contains high quantity of folate which promotes healthy bone in the body. It also helps in the division and creation of new cells in the body, especially in children. The red blood cells are charged with the function of carrying oxygen needed by humans to survive and this Vitamin ensures it's production.
