Welcome to my belog,How are you all.I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope you fine too.I am also fit and fabulous .Today here I am participating This amazing and Interesting contest SLC -W/2 4 w1 butter cake.I'm feeling very happy, I'm participating in this contest .because I am baking lover and it's my passion.Rhrough this engagement challenge I can show my abilities .I am very Thankful for mam @m-fdo. she is arranging such a beautiful contest and Thankful for whole steemit learning challenge team to providing unique home learning assignment.

Baking powder | 1 table spoon |
Vanilla | 1 table spoon |
Tutti frutti | 2 table spoon ( optional) |
procedure
We will take a bowl and add the butter to it. The butter must be at room temperature.The first rule of baking is that everything should be at room temperature, whether it's butter, eggs, or other ingredients.After that we will add sugar to it. I have ground the sugar in powder form.

After that, I beat it well with the help of a better starts beating for one to two minutes and it beat it's turn a nice, smooth texture.
After that, I started adding the eggs one by one into the bowl.Because I had to make a big cake, I added four eggs.The egg has created a wonderfully fluffy texture.

Then I added vanilla to the mixture. Mixed it well. Vanilla not only improves the cake's taste, but also eliminates the smell of eggs.

After that, I added dry mixture in baking powder,and tutty fruity mix well properly.

Add the flour in liquid batter .slowly cut and fold method .don't avoid over beating.

On the other hand pour in to greased pen in butter . I baked the cake at 175 degrees Celsius and baked it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Add all the batter in mold then tap it .after that sprinkle totty fruity in surface of batter.

No need to open and check the ovan repeatedly.When the cake is cooked to its desired , check it with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, it means the cake is cooked through. If the toothpick is wet, it means the cake needs more time.

what Difficulties did you encounter while making the recipe?
Of course, I didn't have any difficulty making the cake, in fact, I had a lot of fun.I bake cakes at home every weekend.its very easy and simple recipe .easy to cook,easy to prepare,easy to budget and my family favourite cake.because I love butter cake.The only thing that bothered me was that there was a gas shortage here.If I start baking a cake and the gas goes out in the middle, how will the cake be baked?But thank God the cake turned out great and rose very well.👍👍

Explain the importance of each of Ingredients you used in making this cake?
I am used to makes butter cake flour,butter,sugar ,eggs,vanilla.This is the main ingredients of any cake .All the ingredients used to make the cake have their own importance.for example butter it's helps in cake moist and soft,texture . butter gives taste rich and creamy excellent aroma.so we can says it's important element of cake.if we talk about 2nd ingredient it's sugar.its very important for any desert.its lots of carbohydrates.We can make a cake without sugar without taste less .it's gives the sweet flavour .And it should be golden in color because of the sugar.The 3rd ingredients is flour .No proper shape can be given without flour.In the same way that adding baking powder or yeast to flour helps it rise,in flour protein,sugar,it's very important for our body .and the other main ingredient are eggs .eggs are lot of protein calcium,iron,zinc.The cake that we add to the egg is not only soft but also tasty.Because when you beat an egg, it becomes quite fluffy, and it feels quite light, so I eat it.Eggs are a great source of protein, especially for people who do exercise etc.on the other hand baking powder help to rise in cake.vanilla enhance flavour of cake remove the eggs small.

If I get opportunity to share delicious cake with a steemit friend,I would like to share it with my friend @suboohi.she is not my steemit friend but close friend.I definitely invite her to parties and functions at my house.because good friend are very hard to find.Thsts why I I've arranged a get together party for my friend.I will baked a cake my self to commemorate this long journey.spending time with my friends is one of life's greatest blessings.I hope she will definitely come to my house and accept my invitation.Because I know she loves cake and butter cake is her favorite.Last time her son passed, I made a chocolate cake and sent it to his house.Because I know that chocolate cake is eaten with great enthusiasm in her house.
