How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will be taking part in a beautiful contest of the Steem For Pakistan community. This contest name is Season 16 - : Share Your Food diaries, Reviews, and Adventures!.Thank you so much Sir @artist1111 for organizing such a beautiful event.

Since the month of Ramadan is going on, we do not eat anything in the day for the sake of Allah, so I am trying to share with you the food I ate in the evening.Aviously ate and how everything was processed is sharing with you in the week hope you will be with me from first to last.

It was today's Iftar Alhamdulillah.🍲

In fact, it is not always good to eat the same food. All of our homes are made of the same iftar all the time, eating fried national foods, the test is lost and the gas is also physically ill.Today I told you to ready a different meal at home.Today my Iftar item was roasted khichuri and chicken curry with potatoes.

The tang is my very favorite sorbet and there were three types of palm and watermelon.It feels hot for three to four days without getting hot, I think it is good to eat cold watermelon, but it can't be eaten too cold because the creation change is cold cough fever will come out.In fact, I will share with you how I cooked chicken.Then starting my chicken cooking full efforts.

I put a pot in the oven, I was waiting to get a little hot and then it was hot and then I would take it with soybean oil as needed.Then I will give me the onion kuchi as I needed, and the spice that was dried was Cinnamon, Elach, Long,bay leaf all the spices.

Then all the paste spices will move well with all the spices.Then all the powdered spices will be well mixed with.

After all the spices are well cooked, when the oil comes out of the spicy, Now, with the potatoes, mix well with the spice.

Then I was well washed that the chicken would be mixed with the potatoes.I will move the chicken with potatoes for a while.I will cover with a lid for a while to sit down.

Then I will give hot water as it is well cooked, it will not take long for the chicken to boil, so I gave warm water.Then after a while, I opened the lid and saw that everything was well done then I broke the green pepper and a beautiful Ismail would come to green chilli.I will sit for a while because I will not dry too much, I will keep a little jerk on the chicken.Since we eat roasted khichuri, it would be nice to eat if a little jerk.
